How to install a theme

Hello, thank you for purchasing from In Flux!

When you download a purchased theme, it will be packaged in a .zip. You will need to unzip this folder before installing. When unzipped it will be a folder containing a read.txt file and the theme packaged as a .zip (example: “xxxx.zip“), this is the file you will need upload to your blog. You can now commence with the installation.

STEP 1

Log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Appearance –> Themes –> choose Add New.

STEP 2

select Upload Theme. Click Choose File (or Select File) to browse the theme file on your computer and select Install Now.

STEP 3

After the theme is uploaded, you can use live preview to see what it will look like and use the customiser.
When you are satisfied with the result you can activate the theme.

All done! The theme is now installed successfully and you can see the results on your site.

Off course you can also upload the theme through ftp or ftps, but those who wish to do so probably know how to do this ; )
